Can your lock connect to an APP/mobile phone?

The regular model uses fingerprint unlocking but does not work with an app or a mobile phone connection. However, we support customizing the Bluetooth lock, which can work with the Tuya app.

How long is the warranty period of your product?

Typically it's 1 year, but we supply online technical service whenever you encounter any quality issues.

How long is the delivery time?

5-30 days, for the models we have in stock, they can be sent within 48 hours. For bulk orders, it's around 25 working days after all details are confirmed.

There is a manual book inside the bag, also we will send the video manually to teach you how to set up or delete the fingerprint.
